Coaching transitions for people over 50
My research focuses on one question: what happens to our sense of self when the life we've built around our identity suddenly shifts? Retirement. Career transitions. The moment the title you've held for 20 years is gone — and you have to figure out who you are without it.
That's my world. And what I've found, over and over again in my coaching work, is that the biggest barrier to embracing something new — whether it's a new chapter in life or a new technology like AI — isn't capability. It's identity.
This course is built on a framework called Self-Determination Theory — the same research-backed approach I use with every coaching client. It's not just an AI tutorial. It's a reframe. And by the end of it, you won't just know how to use AI. You'll know why your background makes you exceptionally good at it.
